WATER PROBLEMS Calcium and magnesium minerals often found in drinking and process water can grow dagger like deposits inside of pipes and other wetted surfaces. When water - either flowing or at rest - is heated or swirled under pressure, calcium deposits can already be expected at a hardness of 70-700ppm CaCO3. THE EQUIPMENT  The WaterAtBest Broadband Induction Technology is used successfully for over 25 years in Europe. The typical unit consists of an electronic device powered by 120 volt AC 60 Hz with a 12 volt DC adapter / 500mA output. It is housed in a high quality, fully sealed plastic box, measuring approximately 7" wide by 5 " high by 3 ½"- 4.5" deep. The only exterior connector components are three sets of wires, for the purpose of creating magnetic coils, as depicted in the wiring diagram. The WaterAtBest Technology utilizes programmed, alternating Electro-magnetic fields of pulsating frequencies, swirling water molecules.

EQUIPMENT SELECTION  The effect on the fresh water system of an installation depends on the correct equipment selection. The Electro-magnetic forces can only produce maximal results, when they are tuned to the specific piping- and warm water equipment of an installation. It is the entire surface and the volume of a water supply system, to which the frequency-sequence has to be tuned. (See technical information). By way of program control, the user has the option of simply changing the frequency mix, in order to guarantee full effectiveness for a long period of time at minimal energy consumption.  The unique WaterAtBest-Broadband Technology allows optimum effects on the subject material under varying water hardness, temperature, conductivity and pH fluid value under varying pressure and a wide range of piping materials and systems with fluids static or in motion.  The induction is programmed for the on-site piping material of the installation. It is therefore possible to install the induction cables on all known materials. There are no induction losses. Full effectiveness in fluids is always maintained. (Equipment Series P50, P100, P200, P500) The fluids (usually water based) come under the influence of this field such that the mineral ions are forced to precipitate. (Controlled precipitation). These precipitates (crystals) flow down the drain with the liquid flow. The capacitive as the inductive technique work with frequencies of 1800-16100Hz, with 10Hz phase displacement. Both techniques cause a physical change of the lime molecules, thus the lime loses the ability to adhere as limestone in the pipes, at immersionheaters, heat exchangers, on tiles, armatures etc.. The lime remains in the state of suspension and is rinsed out with the water. The changed structure of the lime crystals remain steady also in warm water, at temperatures up to 97 degrees Celsius, the lime remains in suspension and cannot adhere. The degradation of existing lime crusts in water pipes / solar and heat exchangers, is a procedure, which happens.
